Pic of lowered RX 300 (2000 era)
I am looking to get the H&R Sport Springs to take my 2000 RX 300 down about an inch. If anyone has pics they could post I'd like to see what they look like.
What was the difference in ride? My wife is skeptical at this point. She likes our BMW's ride, though, so if I can convince her it's similar we might make a deal.
TIA
JC

Mostly because it sits too high off of the wheels/tires and looks just like the other million of them around that are grocery getters. I'd like ours to look a little bit different. That's about it.

Thanks Bloo...what is your setup? It looks nice. Pretty much exactly what I'm going for.
Ntube thanks to you also. I'd like to, but don't think my wife would let me go that far in the overhaul of the car.
Any other pics are appreciated.

Is your RX300 a 2WD or AWD?
I was using the Tein SS Coilovers w/ EDFC. The handling was amazing. Too bad I took it off though. Im parting out my car cause my sister said the suspension was too bumpy for her as I am handing down the car to her. So the coilovers are up for sale.
The reason I ask if your car is 2WD or AWD is because my Tein suspension was meant for 2WD because Tein doesnt make it for AWD. So I had to fabricate it to fit. What had to be done was an extra hole had to be drilled for the rear suspension because it didnt fit the bracket to be mounted. Once the hole was drilled it fit like a charm. So the suspension can be used for 2WD or AWD. BUT as you see in my pic on the rear suspension that is the lowest it will go, went down like 1-2 inches only. I think its the way the rear is mounted, but the front can go down even lower. If you put it on a 2WD I think the rear can go lower than a AWD. Just FYI. Hope this helps.
