Default Loud buzzing noise

hi guys. im trying to find out some problems with my mom's 01 RX300.
first of all, there is a loud buzzing noise coming from the front passenger side. i believe its under the dash somewhere. it randomly sounds and goes off after a while. i thought at first that it was the cd changer but it was not. could it be the blower motor in anyway? any ideas?

another thing, the passenger window doesnt go up when i want it to. once i roll the windows down and try to make it go back up, it does nothing. even if i control it using the driverside switches, the same problem occurs. after i keep pulling the window switch for a while, it will decide to go up. what could be the problem for this? i think it could be a loose wire/harness.

theres some other problems too (driver lock doesnt work, antenna doesnt retract) but i found out the causes for them using search already.

thanks all for any help

Buzzing noise: [Total speculation on my part]
Search for "air servo" ... if the sound source is between gear selector and glove box.

Window: Depending on your model, it could be the pinch protection. You can reprogram it by holding the switch up and let the window travel all the way up. Or it could be the motor which needs some attention. Search the post by Lexmex on how to lube it.

Door lock actuator and whip antenna replacement ... you are already on that trail.

thanks for the suggestion. the buzzing noise comes from directly underneath the dash on the passenger side.
i've read a few posts and notice a few people say to disconnect the battery and reattach. it will fix it
