Anyone know how to do this? I removed the only screw visible, and it doesn't want to budge a bit. I am trying to route the microphone for a handsfree kit. Thought I would ask before I go any farther, don't want to break anything.

I believe there was 3 or 4 screws when I removed mine. The other screws are hiding under the cloth cover at the ends inside the sunglasses holder. Hope that helps, will look at mine later to confirm for you.

You are correct, there are two more screws at the front of the overhead console, if you pull the felt back.
