Bob: Part of the problem is formation of crud (distilled water is not used) and minerals get stuck to plastic, internals of the pump and the tiny valves that help develop the pressure. I use the pump enough times to deplete the reservoir and fill with new washer fluid (flush operation).

Salim,

That's exactly what I see on my end.

Salimshah, I tried the pin into the rear ports. No luck. I will try to get to the reservoir via removing the plastic covering in the front passenger side wheel well.

Salim, that makes sense. Now I will try to get into the wheel well, remove the plastic cover and access the reservoir. I'll flush it out and see if that the problem. The front sprayer works fine. So the rear value may be clogged. Thanks for your advice.

The pump at the reservoir is a three wire electrical connection with two hoses coming off it. Center wire is ground, one wire spins pump one direction to pump fluid to front windshield, other wire spins pump other direction to pump fluid to rear window. I know this because my motor/pump leaked and stopped working years ago. I took it apart, cleaning the corrosion and epoxied the entire thing to seal it. Been working ever since. It is the dual front/rear feature of the motor pump that makes it cost so much for the part.
