Acting kinda screwy, doesn't always turn off the head lights (stalk set to AUTO), sometimes it doesn't beep, sometimes it beeps like 5 seconds after I've already walked away from the car. Anyone seen this?

A door may be ajar, or a sensor thinks that a door is.

I have the same problem on my GS300, and I believe it's the door sensor as well. The way I found out is that the light at the bottom of my driver's door does not turn on when I open it-- the car does not sense it is opened. You might check to see if there's this same problem with one of your doors. I have also noticed that it seems to happen during certain temperature changes-- FWIW

If it was the door sensor thinking it was open the car would make that long beeeeeeeeeeeeeeep to let you know when you try to lock it. It doesn't do that, and the interior light turns off.

I tried new batteries in the remote and another remote but that didn't help.

Hmm. Well, it sounds like the door sensor MAY be ruled out. If that door is open and no interior lights come on, then it still may be it. Otherwise, I'm not sure what the solution is.
