Jerking like no gas around 55mph

Resistence test show 1.3ohm. This is suppose to be good, right? I did not do the ignition coil/spark plug check yet. Will do this maybe this weekend. I've been having this problem for almost 2.5 weeks. Is it ok to run the car like this any longer? I hate to damage the car. Anything we can recommend how to fix this issue? The jerking keeps coming up 55 - 60 mph. Dump Techron in and ran more than 1/2 the tank and not any better. Could it be any other a/f sensors. I ran the diagnose and it still show 300, 302, 304, 306 and 171.

Did you get your new A/F sensor yet? Try it on (usually, you still can return it after that). Then check if you spark on all cylinder of the front bank. If ignition is okay, take it to a machine shop to perform compression test (I asked a friend of mine, he paid $80 compression check here).
