Auto Door locks

Does anyone know what has to be done to make the doors auto lock when its put into gear? I heard that Japanese models have auto door locks, are they disabled for the US market and can they be enabled?

I know that this is not an option for the 2000 RX. I don't know if it holds for >2000 models.

I picked my 2002 RX300 up about 2 months ago and asked them if they could make the doors automatically lock. Unfortunately the RX300 cannot.

this RX300 of mine bought in Austria locks the doors automatically.

My problem is how to disable that?

Bring back to the dealer so that they can program the C-BEST functions the way you want it.
