2002, 143,000, No major problem so far.
minor problems:
"D" light out, light grinding sound from power antenna when radio is turned on, vague mechanical movement sound from CD cartridge even when the CD player is not operating. Love the car.

Love my car!
I purchased my 99 in 2002 with 38,000 miles. Today I have 257000 miles- all on the original engine and transmission. I replaced my timing belt, drive belts, water pump, and cam and crank seals for the first time today! (I was pushing my luck!)

'02 RX 300 AWD....has been a great car.
We've got a '02 RX 300 AWD. 2nd owner, originally a 2 yr. lease car, bought w/42k miles, just turned 222,000 miles, always dealer-serviced...great car, oil & filter changes every 3k mi, uses no oil between changes, no oil leaks anywhere, 2 timing belts done, brakes 4 times, rotors twice, original exhaust, original fuel pump, original radiator, original transmission, 1 battery, 1 water pump replacement, 1 rear axle replacement, spark plugs and wires replaced once, Acc. belts twice, antenna plastic mast tube replaced last yr by dealer--now making noise again...Lately, drivers side front power window sometimes doesn't want to go up.....any help w/that? This has been a awesome car....No visible rust--Still looks sharp and we get compliments on it, even after it has seen 7 New England nasty, salty winters. Was told this car will go 300K miles easily....What do you think? Just hate to spend $800, plus for that master power window switch, if that really is the problem.....will definitely buy another RX, though...actually we're kind of looking for a 1 owner, low mileage, '08 RX 350....hopefully we'll get the good service w/it that this '02 has given us...thanks for reading this rant...

The last I heard that my 2000 RX300 had about 140,000 on it from the third owner. We had it dealer maintained and took good care of it (65,000 miles) till the third owner got it I understand he is abusing it.
