Arrow New RX Forum organization

Finally, we can announce the re-organization of the RX forums! Like other ClubLexus forums, ours has been “in development” for a while. Thanks to the Admins and forum experts who made it happen for us!!

Now’s the time to update your Favorites or Bookmarks for the forums you visit most. If you look at the new organization, you’ll see RX forums now has three sub-forums:
  • RX 300 Questions, discussions on the RX300 can be posted on this forum, as always.

  • RX 330 and RX 350 questions or discussions can be found on the "RX 330 and RX 350 Forum" (Sub-Forum) as noted above.

  • RX 400h discussions that pertain exclusively to the RX 400h hybrid system, i.e.: electric motors, controller, batteries and transmission - as well as power steering, A/C, and brakes should be posted here - otherwise your best resource is still the RX 330/350 forum, where you will find greater depth of experience and expertise.
OK, what about a separate Forum for the RX 350?

Obviously, when there is a “generational change” as between the RX 300 and the RX 330, an earlier separate forum is easier to justify. Our intent is to enable casual browsers as well as our regular membership to locate the information they need as easily as possible without having to visit several forums.

CL is a living entity, and will continue to grow and change to meet the needs of the members.

Thanks for your patience, RX guys and gals!

I have a question regarding my 2002 rx300 check engine light and vcs staying on - how do I post that question? Thank you for your help.

You're in the right place. Just post a new thread in this forum by selecting the RX 300 forum and clicking the "New Thread" button, fill in a title that will function as a "headline" for your question. Example:

Check Engine Light stays on

My CEL came on along with the vcs light . . . .

-OR-

Use the search feature in the bar above to look for "Check Engine VSC" in the RX 300 forum. When you find a thread that relates to your specific issue, post your question and it will show up as a currently active thread, where you will probably draw more attention to it.

In the long run, this is the best method to keep our database together and make it easier for the next person to find the answer to this same question.

You'll find a good number of previous threads that discuss this problem, some in great detail. One of the most valuable features of CL is the huge library of information from some 50,000 members.

Welcome to Club Lexus - and enjoy!
