Default sun visor change

While riding in my new 400H, the sun began to shine in over my shoulder and into my eye.
I flipped over my trusty visor only to discover, no pull out extension. I had become used to this feature on my RX300, and missed it.
Since this is no longer available, I am negotiating with my dealer for an older visor and a spare so I can try a transplant.
If there is any interest I can post results!!

I can't recall any extension on the sunvisor on my 2002 RX300. Can you elaborate on this feature? Thanks.

My 2000 RX300 had plastic inserts in the sun visors that pulled out to extend coverage.
My 2002 Highlander ltd has the same feature..

I just went out and checked my 2002 RX300. No plastic extensions on the sun visors. Maybe they're the victim of product liability concerns or something.

99 RX has it and it is like a plastic insert which slides in or extends out of the visor. When extended it comes out and can cover 30% of the rear view mirror.

The visor does not slide out/in On the shaft. It only rotates and the pivot (anchored in the ceiling) spins to move the visor from front to side.

SC have a minivisor right above the rear view mirror. That has been eliminated by dots on the windsheild around the mirror which block 80% of the view/light.
