Duralast Gold Ceramic Pads from AutoZone. They have a lifetime Guaranteed that's hard to beat. I get a free replacement when worn down. I am on my 3rd set.

I have a 2001 RX300 I use Akebono ceramic pads and my puddle jumper almost does hand stands on the front wheels, I also put drilled and slotted rotors which help keep the warping from happing. No dust no noise
I also noticed that people are having problems with their transmissions I use Max Life synthetic trans fluid in both my trans and power steering my trans is about to go at 155,000 miles. I am going my trans shop weld
the planetary gears pins so they won't come out again this seems to be a big problem with the trans and people not changing their trans fluid about 30,000 miles. I ran a 86 Toyota Cressida 529,000 miles and 1991 Lexus LS
400,000 miles with synthetic oil in everything and nothing wore out on either car. the front wheel trans normally will go about 250-300,000 miles if it is kept up real well. some have gone further I met a lady, with 495,000 miles
on her 2001 RX 300 and had the same trans this one for the books she is in sales and drivers 50 k per year + she changed her trans and PS fluid every 25k I plan to go about 250k then sell the old RX300 and get a new one.
I found a place in Huntington Beach CA called DDM tuning they only sell led bulbs and hid and led headlights. they now have a led tail light bulb that is just insane as bright as the new 2017 2018 tail lights on the new cars.
The bulbs are Cree bulbs red for tail lights white for backup and these are totally insane almost as bright as head lights great at night. if you buy these your light on the speedo will show that a lamp bulb is out this is normal.
make sure you ask for the CREE BULBS ABOUT 15.00 EACH and they have HID I went 5k on the head lights and yellow on my fogs the light up the road super bright. I HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH DDM TUNING I AM
LETTING OUR RX300 OWNERS ABOUT THE SAFTEY OF LED TAIL LIGHTS THIS IS THE REASON THE AUTO MANUFACTUES WENT THIS DIRECTION FOR THE SAFETY OF REAR END COLLISIONS.

What kind of rotors did you get?

I got the rotors at Brake Performance in Chatsworth CA I spent a total of 238.58 for four rotors their phone # 818-772-5540 after 25k miles of CA driving stop and go the brakes still look great. the rotors are perfect after putting Akebono pads and the rotors the brakes are quick and sure. I found out that the brakes are a little touchy and fast at stopping, and when coming out of the mountains no fading at all. the rotors are drilled and slotted for better performance just beware if you do use them on your RX300 it might try and do hand stands on the front wheels LOL. I also did a complete brake flush this helps with the calipers being more responsive little pressure is needed on the brake pedal to bring your RX to a screeching halt.
