U cant lose with Lexus
went in for a rear lens change, and this is what we have.............immaculate service area, magazines, coffe, internet and even meal service free.

Wow, very nice. This is what I don't get. If Lexus wanted to build its reputation on this great customer service atmostphere, why don't they make all the dealerships like this? We don't get any of this. There is a nice waiting room, but it is no better than Acuras. They have some coffee and snacks, but so does Acura. That is it. Nothing else. Our Lexus dealership is practically a brand new facility that was build only about 5 years ago from the ground up. You think they would have been able to make a great facility.

lexus dealers here are all as nice or better. They really go out of their way to emphasis on service too. Compare them to BMW or benz is like night and day. Lexus is that good. This dealer is about 2 years old.
