Question brake pad part number?

does anyone know the part number for OEM front brake pads for my '00 RX300? i order a set of front brake pads specific for our car from lexpartsonline. punks sent me the wrong parts!!! and they want to charge me 20% for restocking fee!!! i need to find out the right part number for the pads to see if they made a mistake in shipping the part or whether they have the wrong part number listed on their website. i'd really appreciate your help.
thanks,
peter.

Peter,

The p/n list shows the Lexus p/n as 04465-48060 for the set of front pads (4 pads). The Lex price is estimated at $60.

I don't know a Toyota equivalent, but that set (04465-48060) is still $45 at irontoad.com, I believe, same as when I got them for my daughter's '99, same price as rear set (04466-33050). Are you thinking a Toyota part (for a Highlander, I would guess) might be a little cheaper?

I understand. I think, but I'm not sure, that any Toyota dealer can similarly order Lexus parts. Does anyone know for sure to help Supraman out?

I would think that a Toyota dealer could order that part number for you. It is a Toyota part, the box still says Toyota on it. Not sure why this is a Lexus only number. Aftermarket pads will cross over with lots of other models, ES300, Camry & Avalon. Probably just one of those things to get you to pay more for Lexus parts.

Yesterday I went to my local Toyota dealer looking for an RX300 part and the parts counter person pulled out a book with all the Lexus parts they stocked. These were all parts that were used on Toyota and Lexus vehicles.
They should be able to order the part for you if they don't have it in stock. The question is will they go to the trouble to do the order?
