Default Gthaus Axleback Only System With Stock Midpipe Setup?

Does anyone have the GTHAUS axleback system only and not the full back? Was thinking the full gthaus catback is too loud and obnoxious but owners can you chime in if you think otherwise? Dodge Chargers/Challengers always seem to be loud and obnoxious for my liking but not sure if it’s the engine Dodge uses or owners setups? I basically just don’t want to sound like an American V8 besides a gt350 lol(i know it’s impossible)
*Axleback only vids would be appreciated!

Yes we have a lot of customers do just that. You can always add the midpipe later on, but the axle back is plenty loud.

im running stock headers, a ppe midpipe with high flow cats and resonators and titanium gthaus axleback with valves. it's not exactly what you asked for but when valves are closed the system isn't very loud at all compared to others. open the valves, put it under load and it's music to my ears.

valves close at :20

valves open

thanks to josh at meracki for the ppe and gthaus products

Mine's the GT Haus axleback with OEM midpipe, but resonator deleted. Plenty loud for me

I purchased the full system but opted to just install the axleback to see what it would sound like because I shared the same concern. In my opinion, it sounds deep and throaty but not loud until you're reaching 4k RPM. I like it. If you're looking for volume at low RPM, it might be too quiet.

Did you end up deciding to install the midpipe as well? Or was the axleback alone a good and big enough upgrade from stock?

Did you have a res delete first before installing the axleback? or axleback installed first and then res delete? sounds good btw! you think it’s tolerable to be a daily?

The Axleback alone I feel is good enough. I sold my midpipe to someone else on the forums.

Were you in the black Tesla? I saw one with a Meraki Autoworks license plate frame, didn't know it was you or someone else with just the frame

Unfortunately I got the res delete first because my previous set up was too quiet, so I don't have any videos with the stock midpipe. It's definitely tolerable to be a daily. It's a little loud on cold starts but once it's warmed up you can definitely be as incognito as you wish. And exactly like how NYCRCF said, it screams at 4k+, but pretty quiet on lower RPMs (at least from inside the cabin).

Overall, I'd recommend it! I got the exhaust from Josh at Meraki so I'd recommend working with him too.
