Glad you were finally able to get the emblem off per your other post. Let me know about the ClubLexus meet at Lexus of Seattle. I’m in the Portland area but don’t mind the drive up there and I’ll have to see if I’m working that day (I work every other weekend).

Hopefully it will be at Lexus of Bellevue in Bellevue Washington just across the lake from Seattle. I’m really trying to get a meet set up like I tried a few years back but because of Covid-19 it was canceled. Looks like we both helped each other with you providing the directions for removing the emblem and myself with the genuine Lexus part number. I got my emblem new from Lexus and paid $36.37 plus $3.82 in tax for a total of $40.19, plus a bonus of free UPS shipping to my home. Thanks again for your advice.

The advice to removing the emblem was provided by another member - not me so I will not take credit for that
As for my weekends off in August I have the 13th and 27th weekend off but do have my sisters wedding event on the Saturday of the 13th. Definitely don’t plan it around my schedule. I am off every Sunday for the month of August it looks like per my work calendar.
Bellevue of Washington is fine. I have cousins in Seattle and Federal Way area and have made the trip up there many times.
This looks better than I thought. Definitely, just a little emblem could make it look so much better. Since I also have Molten Pearl, it is so tempting as my next mod.

After I replaced my chrome L on the trunk, I decided that that the 2020 and newer trunk emblem was not what I was looking for after purchasing it and installing it. After seeing an RCF with the black emblems, that is the look I decided on, and on Molten Pearl(orange), looks fantastic. My Japanese Lexus friend suggested nyc-auto-parts on eBay. Below I have the buy it now numbers and prices on both black emblems. Also the installed emblems on my 2015 RCF.
I bought a solid piece of 3M Matte black vinyl to do the chrome delete on my windows and front grill. I will have some small spare pieces left over. Thinking about trying to wrap the L emblem on the back in the same Matte.

I am real pleased with the results. The chrome on the newer RCF emblem I thought was a bit too much chrome and since I was deleting chrome off and installed black side moldings, it was a no brainer.
