Jerk/stutter on 5th-3rd downshift
Does anyone else experience this when coming to a stop with light-moderate braking force? It doesn't seem to happen if I'm really light on the brakes, but I don't remember it happening at all before I got the transmission fluid changed. Almost feels like the transmission didn't expect the revs to drop so quickly and has to quickly blip the throttle to keep the engine from stalling.

That is fine. I get the jerk at low rpm downshifts (when in manual mode where there is no rev-matching below 3000 rpm). Completely normal.

I had the same issue in my gsf. Slight jerk during down shift. I complained to service advisor a few times and even went on test drive with shop foreman and was able to reproduce it. They ran computer check, fluid check and everything came back ok. Basically was told unless a warning light or recall there was basically nothing they could do. It annoyed me to the point I was thinking of trading in the car. Couldn’t be normally since I use to have isf that didn’t do it and I have driven my friends rcf and shifted smoothly. I gave up and accepted it but last month went in for 15k service and I complained of humming sound from engine. It turned out to be passenger side fuel pump. Got that replace and now the car shifts smoothly, no jerk on down shift. Not sure if it was something else they did but the only thing they changed was the pump. It might be a bigger unknown issues as the pump was on back order and took 1 month to arrive. Been driving a month and shifts smoothly. Why I would expect from a Lexus.

The ECM gets reset when they replace the pump.
