Thanks. Yeah, I get it now. I am going to take out the RCF tonight so I will try and check under the dash close to the ODBII port.

If it helps, here is where it was on my IS. Tucked up into the recess.

Thanks. That picture is helpful. Definitely I need to look there.

Only way I know of is to put the car in EXPERT mode which is easy enough to do without climbing under the dash each time.
Put your car in SPORT S+ then press your traction control button. You’ll see a message displayed about disabling PCS

Thanks. That is a better way. I will have to try this out. I found the button after really sticking my head in the footwell and then looking up. A ridiculous place to put a switch. Looks like Lexus really did not want people to turn it off. Thanks to everyone for their input. Much appreciated. I will try the sport S+ and traction method as that is much better. I got PCS to turn off when both stability and traction control are turned off, but obvious I would never drive it without the VDIM.

So you have to toggle it every time you start the car? Ouch. You can permanently turn it off on the GS F. Thank goodness for that!

Doing it the way I suggested, yes, you will have to do it every time as the car will not stay in Sport S+ mode after turning it off, but it literally is as quick as it gets.
This way also turns off traction control and VSC but you can literally toggle it while driving on the fly just by pressing the traction control button while in Sport S+ mode.
A word of caution though, the car is unleashed like this, be ready for everything. It will step sideways on you even at highway speeds.

If I turn off from the switch underneath the steering, does it stay off every time you start the car?

Yes, I turned it off by pushing the switch in. No way I could have found it, if people on this thread had not told me about it. The manual gives the impression that the switch should be directly underneath the steering while the actual switch is buried deep behind the steering and you have to stick your thumb in to access it. I did notice there was another switch next to the PCS switch, which pops right back out when you push it in. It does not seem to do anything since I did not notice any changes in the dash or in the infotainment system.

as others said, it stays off forever, there will be a light on the dash that says PCS when you run the car.
