Nice engine bay shot! Love your setup.....heat reflective tape, titanium burnt intake pipe, then top it all off with some carbon. Reflective heat tape really does wonders, keeping heat absorption from happening on the box.

Trimming was required for the fender trim along with relocating a couple things. Really easy...

I will definitely update once I drive the car.

Just ordered one this week but they are on backorder. Said 3 week wait. Will post pics once installed.

I would have purchased the whole intake but already have a titan intake pipe so only ordered the cover.

Pheen,
Thanks for the update. Any chance you could elaborate a little on the "trimming and relocating" or even post the instructions RR Racing provided ? Thanks in advance

I do not think a Dyno will reflect any results for this mod. RR Racing posted the following on their site about Dyno results.

[QUOTE][The bottom line is that intake air temperature directly influences HORSEPOWER. This is not something that can be observed on a dyno with the hood open, but in the real world, where you drive with the hood closed, reduction of intake temperature is a must.=left

got one. Just a small cut along the left side for precise fit and breathability.

Still don't understand why RR makes products for our car that we have to chop or cut into to make them fit..

It’s not cutting to fit, it cutting a small amount of cover at the fender to allow access to cooler air from the fender.

From that setup, the intake would bolt on, I'm not sure about the rest....

Really curious about the cut required for installing this. Could anyone who has or is in process of installing this take a picture and post what the cut area looks like. Thanks
