RCF and ISF Drift Comparison
I can understand most of it. Here's Taniguchi's summary:
ISF:
He was surprised the ISF sounds that nice (but of course.. Novel
) Since the wheel base is longer, its easier to drive and soon as he hits the accelerator, the rear end comes out easily. Since the paddles on the wheel, while steering/countering, its hard to keep up with which is + / - gears, so he wants to use the shift ****, but the + and - gears is backwards compared to GT cars (I guess this applies to both cars). He wishes it was opposite so its like the GT cars.
RCF :
He says its completely different from the ISF, and it's harder to drive (drift). When he drifts the ISF, he says the car pretty much "self steers/counters", but on the RCF, it's much more manual-feeling and you are heavy on the steering wheel, controlling the car. Maneuvering the RCF is hard. He also says the ISF is way more responsive when hitting the throttle, but the ISF is tuned, so that may be it. This response is critical when it comes to drifting and he feels there is a lag in the RCF, if it wasn't for this, it would be more fun.
Final thoughts: The ISF has been around for a while now, it's an old model, so there is more support for it. He says, since the RCF is new(er), so maybe once more modifications come out for the car , then maybe it will fun.
Bottom line, he said had more fun driving the ISF.
(I believe he mentions something about wanting to cut the ABS system on both cars, but can't so... yeah.)

Thank you for the general translation!
i would agree the rcf is tough to modulate on the edge. I’ve found the apexi throttle controller helps a lot. Haven’t driven the isf, so I couldn’t give a direct comparison.
Loved the video, good to see someone else beating on these girls. They do love to be driven!!!
