Dealer Rejected $51,000 OTD offer for 15' CPO RCF
Premium package, 30,500 miles CPO, lease return, front brakes etc replaced. Dealer wanted 54,000 out the door-Really wanted this car, but with you guys help, this seemed way to high

dont worry keep your price, DO NOT BUDGE!, call in a week or just stop by casually unannounced in a week and see if they will still do the offer. you'll get the rcf soon

Black is a great color on the RCF!

Yeah, $51K is more than a fair price considering it has 30k miles, its a 2015, does not have TVD/Carbon and does not have the 20 spoke polished wheels and possibly does not have other packages (like ML stereo and other options).

I paid about $49k out the door on a private party purchase. 51k out the door seems very fair for what you're getting. Stick with your offer and if not, it wasn't meant to be. There will be other options
To give you a ballpark, 2015, 28k miles, gray with red interior, fully loaded with TVD/Carbon/ML and 20 spoke wheels - the car was kept in meticulous condition by previous owner with all service records too.

It's a beautiful RCF!!! BUT,
I would wait for a lower price.
UNLESS YOU REALLY REALLY REALLY WANT THAT CAR NOW! There are other RCF's. It's not a "ONE OF".
Come September when the NEW inventory rolls around, then they will have to discount a lot more.

Sure, but I think this dealer is just being greedy and waiting for a dumb buyer. I told and showed the sales manager this forum and what KBB was on the car, and they came back with 54,000 OTD is the best we can do, we'll call you if we can hit your number. I said, I'll just find another car. 54,000 OTD puts the car at about 47500-48000.....way to much for a 30500 mile RCF....even with CPO

My Man!
Guess I fell into the exception on mine picking it up on April 2nd eh Steve?
This guy Seriously knows his figures and without his help I wouldn't have a new 17 sitting in my garage!
Still SMH on getting it for $58,195. They waived a lot of the BS fees. A lot depends on rapport w Dealer too IMHO.
OTD prices are not relative since so many of us reside in different States, etc.
My 3 cents - Start seeking another one. Things will fall into your lap when it's right!

Wait or, Wait?
Dealerships here on the East Coast have not seen too many 2018 RCF Models yet. I know there are a fair share of them in circulation, matter of fact I'm positive there as I stood over the GM's shoulder as he did a Global Search!
I was extremely fortunate to pick up my 2017 at the end of their "New" circulation, so what lexusrus is saying, is that when the 18s begin to pop up around the country, any Dealer in the right mind will want any 15s, 16s, 17s GONE! If this car happens to be there still, there is no doubt in my military mind they'll take your offer - if not LESS! BTW- Are you speaking with a Sales Rep on this? Dude, go direct to the Sales Manager if this car is TRULY what you desire! If it was me (obviously its not) I'd wait it out until Fall like others say and pick up a 16 or 17 that's very well kept!
OR........
Go ***** out and find a 2018 that meets ALL your expectations, has ALL your desired specs and features, and though it may be hard to do...... WAIT!! Maybe until next next Spring when they begin to drop across the country and beat em down just as I did. However, it sounds like you want to get yourself into something ASAP, so keep searching EVERYWHERE if you have CASH my friend! You may discover a true sleeper out there with your name all over it! Sorry if this doesn't help you at all right meow.
