Uneven beam on triple LED headlights

Default Uneven beam on triple LED headlights

Have you guys noticed that the triple LED headlights' beams curve slightly upwards further out from the center to where it is almost shaped like a wide "U" or "V"? As in it's not straight all the way through from left to right... Asked the dealer about it and they said they didn't notice anything wrong. I'll post pics tomorrow night if no one knows what I'm talking about...

Damn molten, Hope this issue didn't keep you up thinking about it, because I cannot understand what you are even talking about buddy? Anyway you can illustrate on a photo somehow?

Are you trying to say there's a defect or what man? Just not tracking with you here.

I think it's normal. Just by the sheer design of the lights. You can see how they stacked the lights. You would expect the beam to display similarly.

LOL. Believe me. I spent many sleepless nights dwelling on the purchase of this car even!!

Never really thought to take a look at the lights, especially at night!

Believe the shape of LED lenses do not project light out in a nice conical shape like older rounded shaped lenses. LED lights may give out more light, but I do not believe they project this light the same distances observed in older types of headlights. Car makers believe square LED lights appear different, so they charge more money. Yes LED's are more efficient, but I would rather have headlights project light further outward, than diffused more sideways in a irregular pattern.

By a few hours in my previous post I meant a few days. This is gonna look silly because in the pictures it appears the beam is flat straight across. I promise I am not crazy... When you see it in person, you can see the beam curves up on both sides the wider it goes. Anyway the dealer keeps telling me that's how the beams are supposed to look so I guess I will have to live with it for now lol. Thanks guys

Matter of fact, I DO SEE IT as you describe here!

The one thing I truly wish this car had, was the Headlights which "Turn" with car.
Damn. I forget what those are called "Adaptive Headlights" perhaps? Wifes RX350 has them.

I actually wish they came w HID Lights- which I put on my truck, and project MUCH better light than anything else!!
