Congratulations on the new car!
I think it would be very costly. Given that the system relies on various sensors mainly the one in the windshield. Then the software/programming. The lane keeping assist would then need to be able to nudge the steering wheel. At the end of day probably not worth it.

Agree with the statement that it's not worth it.
I had a loaner ES with the option and I actually ended up turning it off. I can see it being useful if you're worried about falling asleep at the wheel but in daily driving it was quite annoying.

This was my experience on the GS F. Very annoying unless you are falling asleep or texting.
