Not likely. You would need a very special wheel to clear the brakes and have an 18" diameter. It is not possible to fit the IS F spare to the RC F or GS F because the brakes are too big, so fitting any 18" wheel is pretty unlikely.

When I was shopping for wheels a while back, I was told by BC forged that they could cut an 18” wheel to fit rcf.
I was seriously considering it since so many more track tires come in 18” vs 19 or 20.
Ended up going with Advans in 19” so I don’t have any concrete info.
