99% sure I'll be attending. Been trying to catch a WannaGoFast race the past year.

Yep! Looking through my old videos, it also happened before the supercharger too. Going at 130+ MPH, there's a lot of air pressure coming in but not exiting out fast enough. The hood hinge still looks normal and not deformed or anything.

Well, we know that the OEM hood is good for up to the factory MPH limited top speed...and from the video it confirms it I am sure Lexus R&D testers had the RCF in the wind tunnel for consist 174mph wind for an extended time...sure they went above that, too, before releasing the car to the general public for sale. And I would safely assume Lexus has great QC. Above 174, you take the risk on yourself. Best to have some extra safeguards in place

Lol I don't think they fully tested the RCF, the secondary flap on the intake sucks up all the hot air in the engine and shoots the intake air temperatures up to 9 degrees at WOT, it supposed to get cooler not hotter!! That's a design flaw right there!

Thanks! I'll be sure to get some good runs in! It's limited at 174 MPH the moment, nothing a reflash won't fix

Did you request them not to remove the 174 limiter? I thought the tune for the SC automatically came with the limiter removed but guess maybe that is an option.
