Default Dealer Name Plate Removal

My dealer put a plastic name plate on my car prior to delivery.
What is the best way to remove it without damaging the paint underneath it?

Lightbulb

It's just double side tape.... Warm it up with a hair dryer.. Dental floss it off if needed..

Residual glue can be removed with a paint polish cleaner or Goo Gone.

Take it back to the dealer and tell them that your car is not a billboard. Tell them to remove it.

Doesn't Lexus Corp doesn't have a policy against dealer franchises from sticking things on like that? I've never seen any Lexus from a dealer with anything other than a license plate frame with the dealer's name on it.

This

I had the same issue with my Sierra Denali, told them I would not take possession of the vehicle until they had removed every decal/emblem and polished it out.

Not in my NYC metro area.
On any vehicle I buy,I have the dealer take off any dealer decal or stick on plate before delivery.
