Here's a picture of my previous 911S PDK 2500+ mi car stalled in the middle of 405 fwy. Called porsche customer service for a roadside assistance and it took the flat bed 2 hours to reach me. Rusnak dealership have to replace the electronic fuel pump. Some members might not agree with me but the you only buy the name of Porsche.

That's a shame on the customer service of Porsche. Maybe it was a fluke.
I buy based on customer service as well, and that's one thing that swayed me away from the GTR. Buying a premium car like that I would like it to come with the experience. After owning a $40k 370z and being denied countless of times for a loaner for a couple of hours while the car was in for a recall was absurd.

From an 08' ISF ( it was an opportunity to meet JoeZ ) to 2010 LSsport to 13' 911 Carrera S to 14' GTR (545 HP) now I'm back to 15' RCF performance package. No regrets at all. My wife used to drive a 09' LS 460 to 12' S550 ( it was a mistake to purchase this car ) now 15' LS460 Crafted Line Edition. I just want to let the members know that I am happy to be back. No more european cars for me.
Why didnt you like the s550?
