How to remove rear bumper applique?
 

Seem the plastic protector under the trunk lid and on the rear bumper is a good idea but its an eye sore where the edges are constantly catching dirt and the gold lexus label seems out of place.

how can I remove it without damaging the paint?

I would say the same way you would de badge a vehicle. I'd start with a hair dryer and slowly heat it up...then try removing it. Longer it stays on the car the harder it likely will be to remove it.
