My Lexus RCF. Molten Pearl Carbon Edition with TVD. 8000 miles. Just picked it up in the beginning of October. Right now, hibernating in my underground parking garage

You have still been driving yours? Do you have rock chips at all on the roads yet? Mine has been hibernating since beginning of November since that is when the rock chips were put on the roads. There have been semi-decent days, but rock chips are the biggest issue. I completely filled it up with Octane 94 with zero ethanol (since ethanol separates from the oil, if it sits for a while) and inflated all four corners to 40 psi and now I start it up every 8 - 10 days and let it idle for about 10 minutes. You are right the wait had begun for me since early November. April/May cannot come soon enough.

Thanks. I guess, not starting it up at all, is something I took from the posts you pointed towards? I did all of the other things mentioned in those threads.

Yeah, I posted there a while back when I got the RCF since E90 M3 sedan and RCF were the two front runner for my purchase. I ended up choosing to go with the RCF for the reasons I wrote in that thread.

Except for a cold snap a week or so ago, it's been 8-12C here in the GTA so no salt and rock/sand laid out on the roads yet. Also, I don't daily drive the RC F and it's merely a weekend car kept indoors. Put on at most 500 km the last 2 months so I'm ok still to drive it another couple of times until it gets locked up!

Dealer replaced my tire that blew out and covered it with the warranty I bought /cheer. The F needed a bath though, so my friend took the opportunity to show off his gas-pressure washer, foam cannon, and chemical guys soaps
