Sounds good, and 10% HP bump - only question is how does it sound in the cabin, is it very intrusive?

^^^^This! Sounds Awesome (only thing i would do is PC them Black (not Tips) so those Big Fat Mufflers Don't look so Noticeable from the Rear)!

They were showing the difference between the oval tips & the round tips

If you see RCF500s build thread the final thing has round tips both sides.

That is why they offer electronically controlled butterfly valves. You can close the valves if you want a quiet ride. Once you want to unleash the full fury, open the valves and hear the exhaust in full glory. Best of both worlds.

I'd really like to know more about this electronic valve setup. What exactly is really happening as far as exhaust routing through the system when the valves are open or closed? What is the expected life of the electronic valve? This seems like a very harsh environment for an electronic valve. What kind of warranty would there be on such a system?

Thanks, any further info is appreciated.

The vendors on this board should be able to answer all of the questions.

As far as I know, the exhaust has butterfly valves that can be opened and closed electronically through a switch. When they are closed, 2 of the 4 are closed resulting in more restricted flow out of the tail pipe. This makes the exhaust quieter.

Once the driver needs the full proper exhaust flow for acceleration runs, the butterfly valves on the clsed 2 can be opened and it allows free and smoother flow out of the tail pipe for maximum power albeit much louder.

This video demonstrates that
