Also, notice even in this fully loaded RC-F with carbon package, no 'L' shaped headlights. Looks like projector headlights. Most likely, Lexus will not put those 'L' shaped LEDs into production.
I'm not quite sure why people always say this. The L-shaped LED low/high beams have been a key design feature/motif on both the NX and the RC. For them to have it in virtually every promotional material released for the cars and not included in production trim (as an option) would be pretty crazy.
If the NX has those lights (which will be a far cheaper car than the RC F), there's no reason why the RC-F won't either. In the NX development digest, they even list the company that produces/supplies those L shaped LEDs.

My prediction is that they are either running on low supply due to NX release or they are not ready yet for the first few batches of 2015MY. Something is going on with new headlights because latest images show only projectors on numerous RCs.
If I remember correctly on the first leaked build sheets Premium LED headlights were not even listed on any RC except RC-F, then they were listed as an option on all RCs and finally on latest leak they were all crossed out which got me thinking they were now standard. But then again looking closely on same RC-F sheet they were not crossed out as an option for RC-F. This probably means nothing but if something is really going on this was the first indication and new images that show projectors only could confirm that.
seen it a few times on the road and at dealer showroom but never paid close attention to the details on the interior, till yesterday... my wife will probably like that foot rest if I do get rc-f
