No because the CF Hood alone is approx another $10k dollars..

See price for IS F CCS-P hood as reference...

This is not surprising. I expect the new RC F to sell overseas (Australia, China (Hong Kong), Japan, etc) for around $150-160k US. They can afford to include the carbon hood.

The F is an outstanding value for the money state side. Thank God they want their premium machine on the road building their brand in the US.

IMO i think the cf package would be a nice addition. being the US model won't have a cf hood, ill still take the roof and spoiler as cf. there will (probably) be aftermarket hood sooner or later but for the cf roof...i highly doubt it would be something simple or something you can find aftermarket easily like hood/spoiler. Of course this is all just me and my opinion but having that model with that option will definitely make the car that more special and/or stand out on the road. I still believe regardless which route you go, the car itself will stand out nonetheless!

Not sure but I wouldn't think its a huge difference considering the stock hood is aluminum. Funny but some aftermarket "carbon fiber" hoods weigh more than stock ones.

Glad to see Lexus is taking the Carbon Fiber Hood, Roof & Rear Wing into "LFA" standards..

I'm getting the carbon package, obviously without the hood as I am a US buyer.
They really should have had the CF Hood for USA Market as well....

I love it minus the hood that looks unpainted. Looks too tuner for me. If they left it as just the hood and wing with exposed CF but paint the hood I would be in. The longer I have my ISF the more I feel that the RCF will be next. I dont need the 4 doors. I could see me trading in my ISF for an RCF in 3-4 years
