Doors look great. All Lexus's need to be up to this standard. Design, color, lighting, accents. My own question would be to the feel of the lower plastic area. Otherwise a solid effort

This RC-F is strikingly beautiful. Yes, I can see where people think parts of it are derivative, but the full package looks like nothing else on the road. I LOVE my IS-F, but it just can't compete with this. Any solid information on price?

There are three big "reveals" us fans are waiting on... Design, Performance (real world, not magazine numbers) and Price. In my opinion the design is a winner. The other two reveals are yet to occur. While the projected numbers do not look encouraging compared to the competitio, I think whoever said it made a good point that Lexus could be sandbagging a little, and when this gets on the track, it'll show that it competes despite the curb weight and power figures that have been quoted. I have to think Lexus would know not to put out a car that can't hang with other similarly priced luxury coupes on the market.

Wow! Thanks for posting that vid! I think I see a display on the left that shows the Torque Vectoring Differntial at work with the amount or traction each rear tire has around a corner. That's freakin' amazing!

Between the Lexus RC-F and a potential production version of the Toyota FT-1, I have never been so torn before with what car I'll be adding to my garage within the next 2-3 years.

One thing is for sure: No 6cylinder of any type (V6, I6, TT, S/C), will ever sound like that

I like almost everything about the design except the grill LOL. The side view I particularly like

Lexus made a sexy 2 doors ISF with 30 more hp but 200 lbs heavier, ditched the joystick with a touch pad and the differential is torque vectoring.

That's all you missed

I agree with you....tough choice for me too
The only thing I can think of is the RC will be a little more civilized daily driver than the FT-1.

Very nice evolution of the gauges! I love the last mode, its my favorite and it surpasses the LFA gauge graphics. Still the right gauge is obvious budget cutter as another LCD should have been there to display maps and mimic navigation screen.

Will they actually make a ft-1 or is it just another toy they "could" make but wont

How about interior options? Color of the seats, stitching, etc?

Is the white the only option?

Thank you
