DCTs arent as reliable as ATs, ferraris and BMWs have some problems with theirs. Even the Z06 and vette are getting a 8AT not DCT. Good enough for DD and occasional tracking

You cannot judge the cars from those PS pictures, especially the interior. Just sit in a M4 cabrio, exact color as OP's picture. Anything inside not covered by extended leather are just hard plastic from regular 3 serial, even the quality of those leather on the wheel/ seats/door/hand brake is just OK.

The traditional M3/4 golden paint looks great though.

What really impressed me is the clean engine bay of M4!

RC F was locked up. I couldn't see/feel the interior. I would say the exterior looks more premium the M3/4, tho I don't think the white is best color for a show car.

man the RC-F is one angry looking beast. I think everyone I have talked to agrees that the 4 series is too boring and too much like a normal BMW. That is not a good thing imo. RC-F just destroys it.
opefully the dynamics are good enough to destroy the M4 in every department!

M3/M4 shouldve looked meaner like the M235 or M6 with big gaping grilles, but instead they just look squished for some reason. When getting a car in this category it needs to look unpolite because thats what it is.

Yes Lexus did awesome job on this thing , only thing is with the turbocharged in line 6 I feel it will be easy to get 100extra hp relatively cheap to make them even quicker, but the v8 thunder just sounds so much better.

This will be a challenge to watch for.

i heard though BMW encrypted the new M3/M4 ECU because of all the issues with people on the 335 damaging the motor. Correct me if I'm wrong
