Just picked up my gently used RC F yesterday which means I need to find seat covers. Why on earth do I want to cover up my beautiful fake leather seats? Because 2-3 times a year Fido (an 80 lb Weimaraner) needs to go for a ride. In my last car (G37) I just got a cheapy cover for the front seat but I’m a little more protective of the RC so I’d like to get a set that covers front and rear and hopefully get him to stay in the back seat. This cover will only get used when I’ve got my copilot so it definitely doesn’t need to look fancy.

Asking for suggestions since I can get a cheap set on Amazon but you never know how well those fit and I’d like the best shot at it staying put since Fido usually doesn’t…

Oh interesting. That’s good to know. My parents just bought a brand new IS recently and my dad claimed “everything is nuluxe now.” But he’s not driving an IS F and is often full of ##it so 🤷🏼‍♂️

Sounds like both were an option. Actually been talking with someone on Reddit who also looked at it and ran a full Vin report on it. It got the premium package including leather so now I have the final answer on that 👍🏽

 

My IS350 F-Sport has Nulux and my RCF has real leather. My RX350 F-Sport also has real leather. I can tell you that you can tell the difference in the texture, grain etc.

 

According to the VIN report it’s got leather so next time I’m at my parents I’ll have to do a side by side comparison. And gloat a little since I outdid my dad for once 😂
