New 2019 RC350 F Sport - On its way!
Hi everyone,
I just wanted to let you guys know that I have just ordered a new RC350 F Sport (AWD) in white with a black interior. I currently have a 2017 IS350 F Sport (AWD) in white with a red interior. I would have gone with another red interior but I dislike what they have done with the red nulux on either side of the center console - It is just too much for me, so because of that, I went back to black.
I'll post pictures when I get in the spring - I am looking forward to it. While I know it is pretty much the same car (minus 2 doors), I just like to trade every 2 years or so and I like the fact that Lexus is still offering a naturally aspirated engine and not the outrageously 9+ gears!! I find that cars today have too many gears and are more fuel efficient engineered rather than for its fun factor. To me, I feel 6 speed is the sweet spot....Not as fuel efficient, I get it, but who cares when buying a 'sporty' vehicle.

I would so much have this choice in Switzerland, but I haven't. It's mandatory RC300h for everyone. So I'm waiting a bit for sparing the little bit needed to make the step to the RCF.

Well, the RC F is a beast and I would like to get the V8 but for the use I have of the RC, I think the V6 will be enough! I am envious though, the RC F is a beast for sure!! I see that your name is Benoit and I know many people speak French in Switzerland - Tu parles francais aussi?

gkcmilner - Well, the advantage I have is that I don't drive my toys in the winter so ordering it now and having it delivered in April is manageable because I can't drive my IS now anyway - So it's not that I have patience but more that I am OCD (lol)
Benoit - I wish I was trilingual+ - I am just fluent in both English and French, the latter being my mother tongue....

Here is a new toy I just got until I build my car detailing garage this spring - Once my new garage is done, this will be sunk into the floor (when they pour the concrete) so it will be flush and won't need the ramps for the Lexus - My other 2 cars are high enough, and technically, the Lexus would fit but within a hair and too close for comfort which is why I did these.

phngo - Thanks
Yep - and in Canada, RWD are not available so by default, we are forced to have the AWD and the 6 speed.....
