Hi, I purchased brand new RC350 (F Sport) from local Lexus dealership few months ago, few days later while driver window was down, I heard several clicking sound (like hitting two metal beads) coming from front wheel area, it happened either when I slow down and stop or when I drive over bumps. last week, I went to same dealership for 5k miles service and when I mentioned the clicking issue. they assigned a technician to test drive, so I let him drive and asked him to slow & stop. at the beginning he couldn’t hear the clicking, but after several times he was able to hear it and acknowledge. his first assailment was to check the break assembly (pads, rotter, clamp….). I left the car at dealership that day and next day they called me and say that it was fixed and it’s good now. Here are the fixes under warranty:
1) Installed steel rotters (Front RH & LH).
2) New brake pads.
3) New front axle hub shim.
