RC350 mileage?
Hi everyone,
I just purchased a used 2015 RC350 with 33k miles this past Saturday and just noticed that the gas mileage is extemely low?
I'm driving on ECO mode and driving very conservatively.
Since Saturday, I've drive about 60 miles.
Please let me know if the images are not good. It certainly doesn't look good at all...
If there is a big problem here, is there anything I can do??
I have a dealer warranty for 30 days and the car is still covered under the Lexus warranty.
Thank you all for your help in advance.

Welcome to the 2GR club. My 16 RC and 13 GS AWD also get terrible mileage. The best I've done is 20.9 on a 200 mile stretch of interstate averaging 70MPH. My average mpg for the RC is 16.7 and 18 for the GS. I call it smiles per gallon. Makes it hurt a bit less

I'm taking it into the dealer this Thursday for them to check it out and probably have the ECU reset by them. The information for MPG on the dash never goes over 16.7 for my car... =(

Thanks Crown7 for the welcome message! What is the max that was displayed in terms of MPG on your display? Mine CAPS at 16.7 and the history doesn't go over that at all...
Smiles per gallon! =)

14-16 MPG city on my 2018 RC 350 now and my old 2017 RC 350 before that and my older 2014 GS 350 before that. 25-26 MPG max on the highway on all 3 cars.
The Cruising Range is calculated based on ur last MPG reset. So if u drive all city (16 MPG) then ur range will be around 260-270 but say u were driving all highway before the reset and u got 25 MPG, then ur range will be closer to, if not more than 300 miles.
Just reset ur MPG after every fill up and see it changes.

I like to use Fuelly. I've tracked all the fill-ups in all my vehicles for the past 13 years or so. It's easy.
Here are the RC350's
http://www.fuelly.com/car/lexus/rc350
You can drill in and see high, low, average, etc.

Congrats!
I too just turned in my 2015 Lexus IS 250 F-Sport (Lease) and Purchased the 2015 RC 350 F-Sport. This was the car I originally wanted but didn't want to spend the extra money new. That said I went from around 21-22 mpg (City) on my IS to about 18-19mpg CITY on my RC 350. Are you an aggressive driver? Jackrabbit Starts? the 3.5 engine and 8 sp-transmission should get you around 22mpg AVERAGE (City/Hwy).

I do not have an RC350, but have driven a GS350 with the same engine since 2012. I get 25-27 mpg in town, 28-30 mpg on the highway.

SoCal traffic is killing my MPG. This car doesn't like stop and go traffic.
