I never drive in eco either, always normal and sport plus! Or custom mode, where I set it to sport, firm suspension only.

I do drive conservatively. If i see a red light two blocks away, i do not race up to it and then slam on the brakes. I get the same mileage in eco, normal, or sport.

May I recommend a hybrid. Hybrids shine in stop and go traffic such as in SoCal!!!

If I drove an entire tank in ECO mode mixed between city and highway I'd estimate around 20 mpg, all highway and much closer t0 25mpg. Driving even semi aggressively and flipping it over to Sport + and we're much closer to 15-16mpg, my worst tank was 12.3mpg but I still think there was something up there as it didn't make sense to any other tank since I've owned the car.

As a point of reference, my IS200t driven fairly aggressively (fast starts) is about 20.0 mpg indicated. I've found our cars to be quite accurate in terms of indicated consumption. About .5 (half of 1 mpg) off. So in reality I'm getting 19.5.

My 16 CT200h was about 2 mpg off.

Default Actually Getting 17mpg NOW :(

I tell you I had a G35 years ago (can't remember the year) and I got 15mpg one of the reasons I sold it - let alone the ride (cooper tires I think didn't help) was no where near as smooth as the RC. I take city roads home not highway. I truly think people who buy these cars are not worried about gas mileage, if they are they should have opt for the 300t (2.0 Turbo) which I believe only has the 6 spd tranny? When I go into Sport/+ the mileage drops to around 18mpg. I am amazed that this tank is 17 gallons - the IS was like 15 gallons.
So I have been driving more aggressively and averaging 17mpg but again I can go 2 weeks (10 days min) without having to fill up the tank is huge and I don't drive more then 8,000 miles a year basically to work and back.

Since Saturday, I've drive about 60 miles.

Please let me know if the images are not good. It certainly doesn't look good at all...

If there is a big problem here, is there anything I can do??

I have a dealer warranty for 30 days and the car is still covered under the Lexus warranty.

Thank you all for your help in advance.

I average 22.6, normal driving.

I have a little over 37K on the clock so far. I leave it in ECO mode normally. I do near 100 miles round trip to an from work daily and the highway is crowded enough that there is no point leaving it in sport mode. I do enjoy putting it in sport mode when the chances present themselves.

normal MPG per tank = 24 - 24.5
My lowest MPG was 20 when at the vacation house in the ozarks of missouri. I love those roads
Highest MPG was 28.5. solid non stop highway driving with speeds kept at 5mph over speed limit.

I just got a used 2016 RC 350 and noticed the same thing. I was getting sub-300 range on a full tank with an average mpg in the mid to low 18s. I have been driving in ECO and trying to stay out of the Sport+ (the long straight stretches are tough) and have gotten the average mpg up to 19.6 and the range into the mid 300s in the month I have had the car.

I had almost the exact same experience when I bought my 2015 last year with 13K miles on it. A full tank said I would get ~315 miles distance on the first full tank. After several full tanks later...the DTE will show ~387.
