Default GS350 VS RC350 suspension. The same?!

So I went to Lexus today and got print outs for the front and rear of our cars and GS350s to compare. The parts that we need to match to use GS350 coilovers, seem to be the same part numbers...but before I order a set of GS350 coils, I wanted to see if anyone had any Lexus service/parts experience to tell me if the parts seem to be the same or not. (If that makes sense) lol. Here's some pictures.

Thanks for posting these. I am also keen to find out if the parts fit the IS. More specifically are the sway bars interchangeable? I am looking for stiffer sways for my IS but other than TRD no one seems to be making them.

Default Suspension

Lexus has said the rear end shares the IS platform. If this is the case, does the GS and the RC share the IS rear suspension?

I spoke to the Lexus Service Technician manager, and was told that the front is the same as the GS, hence the GS350 CAI fits the RC350. Also the front rotors from a GS350 are the same size as the RC350.

All versions of the 2015 Lexus RC feature a new platform that blends elements of existing sedan chassis. The front section comes from the GS, which gave engineers room to spec bigger tires than the ones on the IS. The center section is based on the IS convertible, which already had been strengthened to compensate for the lack of a roof. The rear section is derived from the IS sedan, which allowed the coupe to enjoy a shorter wheelbase and overhang than the GS.

The IS, GS, and RC have several common suspension parts.

I'm researching adjustable ball joints, and from what I'm gathering, is it safe to say the ball joints from 06-17 GS350 interchangeable with the OEM ball joints of a 2015 RC350??
