I looked at one today at my local dealer while I had my IS in for service. Absolutely stunning. They tried hard to get me to take it for a drive, but there's no way two car seats are fitting in the back of that thing, so why torture myself, right???

No way! To be able to sit in the back this is how close the front seat has to be. I'm 5'10" btw. Pushing the driver seat back to where it was comfortable for me there was maybe an inch (literally) of leg space behind it.

^^^Exactly. It's all good. Still plenty happy with my 3IS, which, thankfully, CAN accommodate the car seats... My coupe days are over. For now, anyway...

Yeup... I too noticed how the CHROME is now gone from half the back window, all the way to the A pillar on the bottom side of the glass / door.

I test drove the USB2 one parked out front. Man the sales guy was a shark. He harasses me every time I'm at the dealership lol. He told me I will "pull all the ladies" (cleaned it up a bit lol) with the RC.

Another notable mention...

The RC 350 F Sport in RWD is equipped with larger 14" - 2 piece front rotors and larger calipers just like its big brother GS 350

However in AWD the F Sport comes with standard one piece rotors..

This leads me to believe that all the standard RC 350's will also only come with one piece front rotors.

Also didn't see any of this mentioned on the Monroney stickers !
( or maybe I wasn't looking )

You're sure about this? That doesn't make any sense to me, why Lexus would give lesser brakes to the AWD F-Sport.

**edit: I just verified this is true. Not happy about it, but I would have purchased the AWD either way.

Yes, I was sure... It's a conflict for the AWD system...

The good news is that you also get non staggered wheels & tires (I think)

So you can rotate front to back every 5k miles..

Weird that the sticker has no mention of the different wheels than the regular F-Sport split 10 spoke.

Anyone seen a F-Sport in California without the rear lip spoiler option? I think I like it better without it and all of the pictures I've seen so far without the spoiler are not in CA.

When I talked with the salesperson at Lexus of Santa Monica, she said all of them are coming with the same specs for now. I'm not sure how correct that information is but it would be nice to be able to get one without the rear lip spoiler.

I am planning to get a RC350 F Sport, and also reside in Southern California. I have visited/called a majority of the dealers in LA and OC, and they stated the same about the spoiler.

I completely agree with you and I believe the car looks better without the spoiler.
