please help

I need Photoshop Help.

The theme is Yellow IS with Black headlights, foglights, mirrors and have tinted windows. Slam it to the ground, also have it driveable height as well. Like its got Bags for suspension

Pic #2 and #3. I was wondering if someone can photoshop each wheel, to have Black spokes and Red lip. And Red spokes and Black lip

EDIT...paint the chrome wheels black with a yellow lip(same color as the car).

Seize, you do nice work. What photoshop are you using and how do you get a hold of one?

Thanks! I'm using Photoshop 7.0, it's not the most current version but it still rocks! I got Photoshop from my cousin, he loaded his copy on my pc. He's into graphics but rarely uses it, he's into creating animation so he's using programs like Maya and Bryce.

Here is my car. I have a question.

I was wondering if I should keep the black on the License garnish w/ trunk bar. Or color match it all to be yellow. Can someone photoshop it. If you guys could brighten up the pic, that would be great
