So quick question while installing PPE headers on a 2015 AWD does the sub frame have to be dropped ?
Not sure how much different the RC and IS engine bay tollerances are, but I thought the same before installing into my RC350 AWD. RR said no need and sure enough I was able to get it done. Not saying it wasn't a pita, but I got them in.

what exactly did you have to do ?? For the driver side header also ?

For the drivers side, you will have to disconnect the front differential drive shaft from the transfer case. It is secured using allen head screws around the shaft. I used a rubber sheet from the hardware store, wrapped it around the drive shaft and then clamped a large set of vice grips to keep it from rotating. You will also need to disconnect the steering column from its knuckle and move it out of the way, it's held on by a single 14 or 16mm bolt clamped in a spline. Like I said, a pita but totally doable.
For the passenger side, remove the battery and intake manifold to get access to the header bolts.
