Hey guy I recently got a is200t 2017 a month ago i got an aem intake coming in tomorrow and a jb4 unit also coming in and i want the car to sound a lil more aggressive but not too aggressive where i get pulled over or annoy my neighbors, does anybody have a recommendation? I been on YouTube looking at exhaust for this car there not that much but the ark grip sounds really nice to me but at almost 2k ill hold off on it...need help asap

 

CircuitWerks is one of the best sounding exhaust on the Lexus IS200t. I personally have friends that have the ARK and the Invidia, they all say mine sounds the best and that their exhaust drones a lot more. The only thing about circuitwerks is it’s just a little pricey. Check out Lexus CircuitWerks on YouTube. I’m looking at getting a Supra soon so if you want the circuitwerks let me know. It only has 1,000 miles on it.

The best sounding set up I’ve heard on a 200T was what I had before installing my downpipe. I had the JoeZ axleback and I did a resonator delete to make it a little louder. The car had a really nice deep sound to it and did not sound like a 4 cyl. Wasn’t too loud either.

Whatever you do, do not install a downpipe cuz then it automatically starts sounding like **** and gets too loud.

If you do decide to go with JoeZ you’ll have to find someone selling it used because they’re discontinued now.
