Sounds like snake oil. They explain the gains, but don't say how it does it.
Plus the gains are completely unrealistic from what looks to be a resistor of some kind...it only has two wires, so really what can it actually do.
And it claims to work within the factory parameters of the ECU...so it sounds like it manipulates the A/F or O2 sensors signals...which really isn't going to do a whole bunch.
Doesn't it just trick signals on sensors to make the car think a certain way? A tune would be better than a piggyback.
With the unit having 2 wires coming out of it I'm not what signal it's trying to trick.
It would be generous calling this thing a piggyback.
It sure looks nice...I've give them that.
@athanato how would you even tune your ECU without knowing how to use That oh and without altering any of settings (ain’t really trying to damage anything)

I have, and MANY other on here have the same, RR racing ECU tune. It is amazing. You really don't need to "know how to use it". It is very straight forward simple instructions included in the package, as well and excellent customer service support from RR racing. They have been around here on this site and in the lexus community a while and have a stellar reputation.
With the above linked OBD ECU tuner. You simply first hook it up to a PC or laptop with the included usb cable and update the unit. Then you plug it into your cards OB2 port and follow the instructions, this part of the processed will read your ECU ID. You then take it back to your PC or laptop and send that file (again instructions on how to do all this are included and simple) in an email to RR racing. They then email your back a tuned map specifically for your car. You download the file they send you into the handheld unit and plug it back into your car and upload the new map. Its all very simple and no adjustments are made to anything manually yourself. The handheld unit will also allow you to flash back to the stock map, and back and fourth as you wish.
