What is this?? Intake manifold.

What is the purpose of this? I'm guessing it's something that was for emissions but is blocked off.. its after the throttle body..

What is this? Emissions part now blocked off? Can I add a breather here? What would happen.. I'd guess the ecu or some sensor will alert..? Maybe nothing bad.. maybe I'll gain 1-2hp!!🤣😂

It looks like just a vacuum port that is blocked off...likely another version of the engine, maybe even in another market, has something attached to it.
