Smoke test and 02 sensors

I've done a smoke test no leakes I've replaced both 02S I didn't clean the MAF it dropped the code for a day or came rite back

Shops say I need a tune or I need to revert back to the stock filter

I've spoken with multiple ppl with the same exact set up they have never experienced this problem

I'm thinking maybe replace the fuel pump because it's air or fuel and if ppl are running this setup (with no tune) I don't see how it could be air and the filter

Any help please

Hmm switch your intake lines to the manifold see if that helps. Should be like this

I don't have a 200t, but I've seen this code on 4 cylinders caused by the MAF.
Since this is an inline engine, Bank 1 is basically the entire engine.
P0171 is System too lean (Bank 1)...if I remember correctly.
It could simply be that the volume of air isn't passing the MAF fast enough...this usually occurs when the intake tube diameter has been increased over stock.
I would try cleaning the MAF first and see if that makes a difference.
All things being not equal, maybe your MAF is a little more sensitive than normal...if you could swap it with another 200t MAF to see if that stops the code, that might be the issue.

I’ve been running the same intake for over a year and I haven’t had this issue. My MAF is also a little loose because I stripped the screws but the cars’s been running fine. I would try Rico’s recommendation to see if it fixes the issue. It does look like your vacuum lines are reversed.

Heres how mine looks

Not worth messing with your premium level adult cars to this extent, folks. Put the stock intake back on and enjoy 3,600 lbs the reliable way. The best mod you can do is the one done to your confidence that your car is reliable and running top notch. it's a pyschological mod.
