Best mod for hp/tq vs $$$ on the 8ar-fts turbo is a tune or piggy back device like a burger motorsports juice box 4, jb4 with a high flow intake to just amplify the tune.

Actually, if you can get just the Stage 1 BMS tuner I recommend that over the JB4 cost wise. The JB4 isn't really worth the money.
