Default Renove cat near right after the headers, is there any problem?

Hi I bought some long tu ed headers, the rr racing ppe headers for my lexus is 350 so I want to remove the two cats right after the headers and remove the big muffler right before my magnaflow cat back, and I'm questionning myself if there's gonna be a problem with my engine. Will injectors be able to burn corectly or do I need to change some settings in my car controller system? Because I got an o2 sensor that comes with the headers but I mean withouts thers cat, will it be a problem?

the job of the cat is to filter out poison from the exhaust. so no it wont affect anything.
O2 sensor spacer that came with the headers are to space your O2 sensor away from the flow of exhaust to limit the possibility of a CEL from deleting the cats.
