They meant that there isn't an official Lexus F Sport intake like there is for the V6. They didn't mean there isn't an intake on the car at all lol. The one your red arrow is pointing to is just the stock OEM intake on the base model and F Sport model of the 4 banger turbo, which isn't the "F Sport intake" because there isn't one for the 4 banger turbo.
