The STS-branded kits, no. They don't make them for our model last time I checked. No one does. There was one member to had a remote turbo setup; but the issue was sufficiently oiling the turbos and pumping the fluid around and cooling it. Plus years ago there really was no way to tune the setup; so it was running on a factory ECU.

In my mind, the better setup would be a single turbo kit with the turbo located in the factory airbox location with obviously a custom 2-in-1 exhaust collector running into the turbo from a set of PPE headers. Much easier to oil the system from the factory oil passages and route everything in my opinion.

A similar single turbo kit is made for the 350Z / G35, and the above is where I base my opinions on fitment and all.

why would u want rear mount turbo anyways? the turbo lag would be crazy wouldn't it?... rear mount turbo kit is more show than performance... if u really want a turbo kit u can probably build one yourself it won't be cheap but it is possible...

Remote-mounted setups are usually used when there is a lack of space in the engine compartment. They're definitely not the most efficient and require extra effort and creativity when routing all of the various lines and such under the car.

As long as you have a friend that can weld and enough time/money to put into the project, I could see it totally working. I myself have considered doing this, since I've already got the PPE headers and the know-how and funds. I just don't have the time nor another vehicle to get me from A to B. Welding up the piping wouldn't be an issue either. Plus there's the tune. I don't have anyone near me that could tune the setup. So yeah, I'm saving my pennies for something better.

If you like your car and are willing to pay for a turbo setup to make it faster... Consider finding an IS350.
